It would be nice if we had option to define multiples of the 1/8 in the quantize window.
All that would be required is provide an extra parameter in the 1/8 quantize window which allows for multiples of the 1/8 ( just like the 1/8/cycle numbers)
So it would be an option to select 1/8 x 2 as a quantize value to get 1/4 notes or 1/8 x 3 for interesting musical effect
Basically Id like to be able to quantize to the beat , which typically means 1/4 of a cycle if a cycle is a bar...but I dont see any way to do that.
I do realize that I can set 1/8 /cycle to 4 and it will basically do what I want...but the problem with that is it gives me a BPM which is half of what it should be so if Im using backing tracks in mainstage and driving the mainstage clock from SL its not correct timing.
If Im missing something and I can do this now please let me know.....
Any thoughts on the matter would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks kindly

Nice to know this forum is alive.
I really think having the ability to modify quantized value would make a world of difference musically.
I'm actually quite surprised it is not already an option as I would think it is a common use of quantize.
Thanks for your consideration!!!!
I'm implementing Soopeooper into a mainstays setup and it works wonderfully!
Some scripting capability is the only other thing on my wish list
Thanks soooooooo much for continuing to support this Awsome software
