Reproducible segmentation fault

This bug was originally filed against the Debian package, the original report follows:
Package: sooperlooper
Version: 1.6.14+dfsg-1+b1
Severity: normal
While I was trying to figure out how to control SooperLooper using 'oscsend'
in the liblo-tools package, I noticed that the following command will cause
SooperLooper to segfault every time:
$ oscsend localhost 9951 /ping ss return_url return_path
SooperLooper prints the following:
tmac@asus ~$ sooperlooper
SooperLooper 1.6.14
Copyright 2007 Jesse Chappell
OSC server URI (network) is: osc.udp://asus.home.org:9951/
liblo: protocol '(null)' not supported by this version
Segmentation fault
