Help! My Built-in Audio soundcard is not working on my mac!!

HEllo there, I have installed Audiolooper and after trying the program something went wrong and the Built in Audio soundcard of my powerbook G4 is not working anymore! On the AUdio/Midi set up utility all preferences are disable and I can't get any sound coming in or out of my computer!! Can someone help me with this?
