record direct to overdub

I jesse,

being able to go from record ,direct to overdub would be very useful....
I am using a guitar with a lot of delay et reverb and i cant use sooperlooper because it cuts the trails of the effect....
That's to bad because the gear you have created is really great....

You can go direct from record to overdub (or anything else) by simply ending the record by pressing overdub, instead of record. Is this not working for you?
