Automatic loop dump during performance

So I've been saving my session during a session and using those loops in other programs to manipulate.
It would be handy to be able to dump all of your loops with a midi command. I see 'save' is mappable, but I tried and it doesn't seem to do anything when 'all' is selected.
Perhaps a default dump directory could be set in preferences.
The loops could then be dumped and named
loop1_timestamp.aif
loop2_timestamp.aif
etc.
Then I could either grab all those loops or setup some kind of 'sweeper' in max/msp that would suck in and make them available.
I guess these commands could be scripted in applescript somehow too...
I have no experience, but could probably figure it out and share if I end up doing it.
