pitchshifting and pause in midi

Hello,
I use FCB1010 to control sooperlooper, and it works well.
But I have a problem to tell to sl to pause when I pitch a loop by semitone (Sometimes pause still works).
So I can't pause a loop when it is pitched and I used the volume to do what I need, but it's risky.
If I unpitch the loop, pause works again without problem.
I post it here thinking that it's a bug ...
