Re: Loop Middle of Multiplied Phrase?
Also wanted to be clear - while pressing multiply on the EDP technically creates a new start point on top of being to multiply where ever pressed in the cycle, the loop doesn't shift to that start point unless the loop is stopped and started again or until the equivalent of "once" of "...

Re: Loop Middle of Multiplied Phrase?
Haven't been on the boards in a bit but I caught this and wanted to say it would be INCREDIBLE if this was addressed. It's one of the main characteristics of the EDP that sooperlooper doesn't do and while it may seem like a small detail it's incredibly powerful. I'd also like to point out the that o...

Re: 3 questions...
PS - Just got to messing around with the side chain concept. I was reading more about it in the forum to figure out the set up and someone mentioned the need for more inputs and a mono i/o option which I need as well for my set up. It's great though - less taxing on the cpu it seems too when it's al...

Re: 3 questions...
Hey Jesse, Thanks very much for your response. Single handedly responding to a packed forum worth or inquiries must be insane - it is appreciated. 1) Re: Relative sync - I'm mean as far as recording operations (a multiply) begin and end. My ableton transport is rolling and SL is synced to it. I was ...

Hello all, Feels like I'm starting to get a work flow happening and I've got some questions. I'm using Live 8.2.2 and the newest sooperlooper. 1) My relative sync doesn't seem to work as it still flashes "waiting for sync" if I, say, hit multiply anywhere in the cycle. The sync to is set t...

Re: Clicks / Pops work around? Also other questions...
I ended up finding a way to reduce clicks and pops by unchecking "Automatically DIsable Compensation when Monitoring Input" in the "Latency/Misc" section in Sooperlooper's preferences. Both my input and output latency is 128 samples. I'm using live 8.2.2 at 44100 sample rate and ...

Re: Clicks / Pops work around? Also other questions...
No one has had any problems with loops dropping out when repeatedly pressing the replace function? It happens to me everytime if I tap it really fast. When I keep tapping replace SL seems to get overwhelmed and erase the entire loop before I even get through the whole loop. I've tried using differen...

Clicks / Pops work around? Also other questions...
Hey All, Very excited about SL and am DYING to be able to transition from using my EDP's into using it solely using SL but there are some issues I'm running into. I've searched the forum re: clicks and pops (when setting a loop and also with multiply) and I'm getting a bunch of them, even with the c...

Loop Windowing
Hey Jesse, Longtime EDP user here, great job on SL. I'm wondering if it's possible to do the loop windowing feature you could do with the EDP (create a loop / multiply the loop / overdub a ton / multiply the loop back down to one and then by pressing undo you could cycle backwards by one multiple ea...
