Re: Latency and saving a default. And Panning

Just as an update on the latency number. If the toggle is set to set automatically (our whatever the verbage is), it will read the buffer level (latency) of logic that i have selected. My latency was 512 and I changed it to 128 and the Sooper Looper tracks much better now.

Thank you,
Shawn

Re: Latency and saving a default. And Panning

Thank you Jesse. It's not a huge deal on the above. The latency is just a quick tweek before playing, and the panning can be handled in logics mixer as just a default parameter.

Thank you.

Re: Comparing SooperLooper and a Boss RC-50 SL Missing features

Hi, I haven't actually done this in the Sooper Looper, but It should since it is the same as the gibson Echoplex that I used to own. As far as the different lengths of loops. If you are only using the one looper then you would need to start with the shorter loops first. For instance: Set your 8th/cy...

Latency and saving a default. And Panning

Hi, I'm using Sooper Looper Logic on a mac. I have set my latency in Sooper Looper to zero for the input. I save this song as Sooper Looper 1. The latency setting set at zero is working really well for me, but when I reload that song and expect the latency to be as zero, it has moved its way back up...

Re: Overdub and multiply

i was actually using control changes. i then switched off to notes. i tried the "sus" parameter on and off, global, all, track, selected... everything. nothing seemed to work with overdub. My UnO FCB is using note, latched and it worked right from the first push of a button exactly the way...

Re: Overdub and multiply

Well, the latching on my second FCB1010 was the key and I was overdubbing to my hearts content at noon today.

Great looper.

Re: Overdub and multiply

Hi Jesse, I was very careful about assigning only one parameter to each pedal. I tried to assign a different way to an unused bank to try different combinations in the FCB and since I have no editor for the mac, I was able to leave the PC's window up to see exactly what was coming out of the FCB. At...

Re: Overdub and multiply

Just an update. I tried another controller that has latch capability and it seems to work a lot better. I was using the fcb1010 controller before, but I'll need to get the UnO chip for it that I just ordered so it will latch. I'll be all set after that hopefully.

Overdub and multiply

Hi guys, I can't seem to get a midi bind for overdub or multiply to work. I am using SooperLooper inside of Logic Audio. I hit record on a loop and that works just fine. It's quantized and punches my audio out great. I have assigned a midi foot controller to "overdub", hit it, and nothing ...

Re: Next loop question for a noobie.

I think for the most part that solo aspect is going to work for me. I'm still working at it all.

Thank you,
Shawn

Re: Next loop question for a noobie.

Hi Jesse, That was kind of the path I was going on just this evening. I tried doing some mute things but that just didn't seem to work well. The actual solo binding worked much better. I'll experiment more this Sunday when I get back into town. Also, I noticed that there are some numbers that are 1/...

Next loop question for a noobie.

Hi guys, I'm new to sooperlooper, but am really impresses do far. I used to own the Echoplex and it has a feature where you could use "next loop". Basically you could have say a fast paced loop in the 1st loop (like a chorus riff), and a slower paced loop in the 2nd loop (like a verse loop...
