SL Experiment

Hey all -

I'm new to the whole idea of fusing technology and instrumentation together, but have jumped in and am completely addicted. SL is exactly what I've been looking for in terms of creating new sounds through layering. Thanks, Jesse! Looking forward to learning more with all of you.

What kind of setup are you using?

For this particular recording, I used SL as a plugin inside Ableton Live (Lite version). I've been experimenting with different methods: Mainstage -> SL, Koreplayer -> SL, and am still figuring out which works best for me in terms of practicality and ease of use. I need to get a foot controller to streamline things though, or grow another arm.

Very nice piece. Was that a typewriter? If so, lovely idea. If not, I'm going to steal it.
