Assigning audio channels to loops

Hi again - have tried to find the answer to this but no joy - how do I assign separate audio channel inputs to individual instances of S/L?
When I load up extra loop instances the GUI's combine so Im not sure how to delegate to each looper.
Thanks for any help.
