Is this different from the version you posted up on the other thread (tests a,b,c,d i think), or is it the same as the last one?

My MS2+SL experiment. Pics inside.
So I've been toying all day with this. I haven't labeld the items on the left, they represent loops 1-4 (indicating which loop i'm on) the meters/dials to the right show the position of each loop (1,2,3,4). I have mapped the bottom row of my FCB1010 to do the same commands on 2 banks, and altered th...

Re: Mainstage 2 and SL.....Sweeeeeet!
It seems this thread got hijacked a bit, but back to the original subject matter. I was hoping to test the new version my self, as displaying all that info on my Mainstage window would allow me to remove my (Alt-Tab)- simulator (using MidiStroke and fcb1010. Awesome stuff jesse, thanks for making ch...

Re: Frustrations..
It seems you have a solution already, I just wanted to suggest eliminating all the extra apps you have (jack etc)... you don't need to route with anything other than logic if you don't wish. I know it's not going to fix your problem, but it might make it even easier to work around it.

Re: Version 1.6.13 released - oops
The record/overdub button is an awesome idea, but the key bind does not seem to work for me. Anything I can try? Anyone else try it? It will be nice to use one button for record/overdub... in theory. cause instead of record and overdub buttons i will have rec/overdub and replace buttons... seems lik...

Re: Mainstage/SL problems
Thanks as always sam! I think it's a good idea to set up a backup session in logic that i'd be able to at least play with.... Mainstage has been working (crosses fingers) better sense i put all samples on a new external, and upgraded my ram. I'll let you know if using logic pulls me away from mainst...

Re: Problem hearing all devices when second loop created
I can't help you with jack, but what are you running in? (Mainstage abbleton? etc)
Perhaps you can use the au-plug and avoid using jack altogether.
Good Luck.

Re: Mainstage/SL problems
How hard is using logic in place of mainstage? I never got into the midi-map re-wiring thing inside of logic, but am under the impression that if i do: it'd be more stable. My problems with mainstage have been solved by actually unplugging my midi-keyboard when starting up... waiting a sec, and plug...

Re: Using PROXI to remap, with great success.
I use the "Fkeys".. 1st one in each bunch to select 1-4.
The other keys are set up towards the bottom of the keyboard,
i also use teh down arrow key
and 3 of the number pad buttons.

Re: Using PROXI to remap, with great success.
I use Proxy, it has an option to assign keys (in this case the Num Lock and - keys on the num pad) to launch an application. if the program is already launched there is an option to activate the program instaed. so one button brings up SL and the other MS. it's pretty cool. i initally tried working ...

Using PROXI to remap, with great success.
No pictures yet, but I took (someone else's) idea of the qwerty keyboard as a SL controller. Proxi - a remapping app (freeware) allows mapping in a simple intuitive way, has allowed me to controll 4 loops tracks, with: undo, record, overdub, channel select and mute. I also have two specialty buttons th...

Re: SooperLooper Setup Video
Yea, it's amazing the stuff I missed until I watched your vid. I've now mapped 11 commands to a qwerty keyboard. removing all the keys that are not in use, so that i can control with my feet - broke single father style. got the idea from a guy on youtube, big surprise. sooperlooper should be a genre...
